Washington Over-Estimates, Wall Street Under-Estimates.

For much of my career, I was in sales. I made many direct one on one sales presentation. And when you've done that sort of thing for a long time, you come to recognize what a sales team is trying to accomplish, by understanding what it is they're trying to sell you.

Go into a car sales man, and your likely to come out with a new car. Same for insurance, and so on.

Their entire presentation is built upon their objective: to sell you something.

Right now, we are seeing this from our two major centers of power: Washington DC and Wall Street.
