Well, its the first Monday, after the second Wednesday in the December following the presidential election.

A very long way of saying that Monday the Electoral College will meet, to formally elect the President. In our republic, this is the manner in which the founding fathers set out to provide for the definitive election of the nation's chief executive.

At the same time that they established this election process, they also provided for some of the challenges, and lawsuits that we've seen play out over the past weeks. And it truth be told not all of those challenges have been exhausted by the Trump Campaign.
