We are now in, what has traditionally been, the transition period for the stock market. The Labor day Holiday marked the “unofficial” end of Summer and the beginning of Fall.
And fall has been the time when most of the great Stock Market Crashes, such as the Crash of 1929, 1987 and most recently the Crash of 2008.
All of these crashed have occurred in September or October.
So we would be wise to keep an eye out for any change in direction that we sense during this time.
And on our horizon is just such a change.
Now it's early yet, and this may be little more than a momentary event, but like a thundercloud building in the west, this is definitely something to look at.
