Fed Sees Deflation...Really?

I know, it seems like I have this all wrong. I can hear some say: Aren't you looking at this all wrong. It's not DEFLATION that the Fed should fear. It's inflation.

And I know that it may appear that way. When we go to the grocery store, prices are up. And it may appear that our cost of living seems always to rise.

And what about the Stock Market? Its at all time highs.

And so for us, at the consumer level, it seems that prices almost always go up. Inflation, is our concern not deflation.
