Last week in a Speech delivered here in Pennsylvania, Joe Biden, the presumptive Democrat Nominee for President, entered into the debate on Corporate Responsibility.

This is currently one of the hottest topics among the academic and corporate elites. It's the question of whether corporations owe a responsibility to not only their shareholders, but also to their general community, such as their workers, and members of society at large.

Even the latest confab at Davos, Switzerland has published a White Paper extolling the need for Corporations to become better citizens.
